Agile Coach vs Coach with Agile

The Agile Coach is an Agile expert technician within the Lean and Agile world. He/she helps implement Agile methodologies in the company, establishing the appropriate Agile tools and focusing on processes.

But Agile is more than just applying a practice. Agile processes such as Scrum or Kanban have to be accompanied by a specific mentality, a philosophy of life and work since the value of Agile is not in the practices but in the values that sustain it. Under this mindset, Agile practices make sense and allow us to reach all the potential they contain.

And that’s where the Coach with Agile is born. A professional coach who knows the tools and has the Agile mentality, who’s role is to be a facilitator within the company.

Implementing the Agile mindset within the business culture, managing the development of teams, working on the values and new paradigms of the organization and implementing its principles by focusing on people.
